Imagine a movement that connects diverse women nonprofit leaders so they can better work together to dismantle institutional barriers and ensure all who are experiencing, or have experienced, oppressive systems are at the table and their voices are heard.

You don’t need to imagine! The Urban Nonprofit Network – a collaborative of minority non-profits led by a woman of color – is creating this movement NOW through the Sisters for Inclusion initiative!!

Sisters for Inclusion is a collaboration to empower nonprofit women leaders from different ethnic backgrounds as they work together to create an authentic path to equity and inclusion.
