The purpose of this project is to create a learning and change process by entering into conversation with one another about our non-profit leadership experiences and needs. The idea is to co-create an intentional space where we can see each other and hear each other’s stories such that BIPOC and white women engaged in non-profit leadership can work together to create more equitable structures and relationships in the non-profit world and more broadly.
